In The Spirit Of A New Year…

Writing about fashion and shopping can sometimes feel like an empty path.

My general rule of thumb is to try to cover designers and boutique owners who have a heart and really care about what they do and what they sell. It helps me feel like what I’m writing about makes a difference.

I recently found this website- www.communitycollection.com.  It’s a community of like-minded designers who will give 20% of all purchases to various causes, and when you buy, you can see exactly how much of your money is going to the cause.  I found some really cute things here.

From totes to boots, dresses to jeans, it’s high-end and all for great causes.
